I'm 36 years old and already have Emphysema. I've lost 1/3 of my lung function and will be dead in about 8 years if I don't quit smoking. I have 3 small children (ages 7, 6, and 2) and they need me around for a very long time.

I want to be a good role model for my children. I am sick and tired of spending the little money I have (as I am a stay at home Mom)on cigarettes. we are not allowed to smoke at work any more. i find very difficult to perform my tasks.my family are non smokers and get quite annoyed with my smoking.it a real pain to always having to pick up cigars at the store,it feels like i am tide up to a very heavy weight.
