I'm not getting any younger. I had oral surgery on 10/10/17 and wasn't allowed to smoke for at least 48 hours. I had already smoked my last and couldn't afford to buy more. I QUIT while I was ahead! The next time will be harder if I smoke again. Cold turkey, I will not intentionally assist in my own death!

Fear of throat cancer. Smoking disgusts me. Wanted to prove by cutting down within a 6 week period, one does not have to feel tortured by setting down the pack of cigs forever.
